We try very hard to keep parents regularly informed about what is going on at the school and we are always looking for ways to maximise communication.  We are also increasingly aware of the substantial cost and environmental impact associated with the amount of paper and photocopying involved when we send out letters.  To help improve these areas we are hoping to utilise an email service to parents this academic year (2020-2021)  This will be beneficial to you because:-

  • Letters/information will get to you more reliably
  • We can send letters/information directly to both parents at the same time
  • Communication regarding any school closure is instantaneous

We will expect all parents to register for the service to ensure smooth communications home and to enable us to contact parents with urgent communication such as if the school has to close for any reason (e.g. severe snowfall).
